Holcombe Tipi Wedding – Danielle + Luke: Preview
Share this
Here is a little preview of Luke and Danielle’s Holcombe Tipi wedding from the beginning of August this year.
It did rain a little….
They had been planning their wedding day for a very long time and there was no way that the weather was going to put a dampener on the day. You’ll notice from the photographs that it did rain a little (I’m not going to say it was the wettest wedding I’ve photographed but I think it ties for equal first!).
Everyone arrived in wellies.
The Tipi at Emmanuelle Church Centre did flood the day before but Luke swooped into action on the morning of the wedding and sorted the problem. The call went out and everyone arrived suitably attired in wellies and it was one of the most fun filled weddings I’ve known.
The best Fish + Chips known to man…
The wedding breakfast was supplied by The Hip Hop Chip Shop (the best Manchester Fish+Chips known to man) and necessitated a brolly dash to the catering van – all part of the fun of the day. If there is one thing I’ve learnt from this wedding day is that you CAN still dance in a tipi in wellies and a posh frock…
Anyway here’s a little peek at their wedding day and I’m looking forward to editing the rest of the day in the coming week or so….
