Knowlton Court Wedding Photography – Leanne & Nathan
Share this
Just over a week ago I photographed the wedding of Leanne & Nathan at Knowlton Court in Kent. I love Knowlton Court wedding photography – it’s such a beautiful and compact venue. There is great accommodation for family and guests, a stunning house and beautifully manicured gardens to frame the day.
It turned out to be one of the hottest Saturdays June has ever produced in the UK!
Luckily Knowlton Court is a stunning country house with beautifully kept gardens with some well established trees – or as we liked to call them on this Saturday, shade!
Outside Knowlton Court Wedding Ceremony
The wedding ceremony was outside in the Pavilion with guests seated on chairs on the lawn – there were plenty of cold drinks beforehand then it was a dash from the shade to a chair, lots of fans and parasols and 30 minutes later guests could grab a cool drink again.
Close family and friends went off to the beautiful Church of St.Clements that is situated in the grounds next to Knowlton Court. We squeezed in about twice as many as it would ordinarily accommodate and Leanne and Nathan had a blessing.
Middle Eastern Buffet & Warm Evening Sun
The rest of the day took place around the marquee which is a brilliant open space with views of the house and across the Kent countryside. After the plentiful and delicious Middle Eastern buffet everyone could spill outside into the warm evening sun.
Here is a quick preview of Nathan & Leanne’s day – maybe you’ll be able to spot the evening surprise that unfolded on the dance floor….
